Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, hard boiled egg, shrimps, white onion and spring onion. The noodles came out just as they always have - the perfect gauge and chew . They engorge themselves happily on the liquid as they cook while keeping adequate backbone. The broth is a thick, sumptuous prawn flavored affair full of shrimp paste.
